Your company’s workspace. Holds your Sigma connection, billing, and every portal you create. Team members are members of the organization.

Someone on your team who signs in to the main app and configures things. Users never appear inside a portal.

One of your customers’ people. Viewers are invitation-only and exist inside exactly one portal. They cannot see the main app.

A branded, addressable site for one of your customers. A portal owns its own viewers, its own reports, and its own look.

A pointer to a Sigma workbook plus the display name and access rules you attach to it. The report content itself lives in Sigma.
