Create a portal
A portal is the site one of your customers signs in to. Create one per customer.
- Go to Portals → New portal.
- Enter the customer’s name. This is shown to viewers.
- Choose a slug. It becomes the portal address, for example
acme.myreportportal.com. Slugs are lowercase, hyphenated, and permanent. - Save.
Branding
Section titled “Branding”Under the portal’s Appearance tab you can set a logo, an accent color, and the portal title. Changes apply immediately for every viewer.
Custom domains
Section titled “Custom domains”To serve the portal from your own domain, add a CNAME record pointing your subdomain at
portals.myreportportal.com, then add the domain under Appearance → Custom domain.
Certificates are issued automatically once the record resolves.
