What is My Report Portal?
My Report Portal is a no-code client reporting system. You build your analytics in Sigma Computing, and My Report Portal handles everything around it: branded portals, authentication, access control, and viewer management.
Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”- You (a user) — you sign in to the app, create portals, and decide who sees what.
- Your customers (viewers) — they sign in to a portal you created and see only the reports and data you granted them.
What it replaces
Section titled “What it replaces”Without a portal, sharing analytics with customers usually means one of:
- emailing PDFs or spreadsheets on a schedule
- building and maintaining a bespoke customer-facing app
- handing out direct BI logins and hoping permissions hold
My Report Portal replaces all three with one hosted layer in front of your existing Sigma workbooks.
What it is not
Section titled “What it is not”It is not a BI tool. Reports, charts, and models are authored in Sigma. My Report Portal controls who can open them and what data they resolve to.
