Organization

Your company’s workspace. Holds your Sigma connection, billing, and other organizational setting. Admin users are members of the organization.

Admin User

Someone on your team who signs in to the main app and have some level of backend access to your MyReportalPortal organization. Admin users can either have full admin access or access specific to their role.

Embed Users

Users of your MRP portal that are external to your organization (e.g. customers, vendors). Embed users are invitation-only. They cannot see any backend setting associated with your organization.

Portal

A branded, addressable site for your embed users. A portal can be fully customized, control embed user access and determine which Sigma workbooks to be embedded.

Embed

A pointer to a Sigma workbook and access rules you attach to it. The embed content and associated data do no live in the portal, but in Sigma and the connected cloud data warehouse.

The rule of thumb: admin users set up portals, embed users view them.
