Bulk Add Embed Users via API

Section titled “Explore the API Documentation”
  1. Navigate to API Docs under the Advanced section in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the Viewers tab near the top of the documentation page.
  3. Review the available API endpoints and code samples, such as:
    • POST /api/v1/viewers — Used to create or update viewers in bulk. Viewers are matched by email, and new users are automatically created with portal login access.

Generate an API Key

Section titled “Generate an API Key”
  1. Go to the left sidebar under the Advanced section and click API Keys.
  2. Click the + Create API Key button in the top right corner.
  3. Enter a unique, descriptive name for your key (e.g., “Test Key 2”) and click Create Key.
  4. Copy both your Public Key and Secret Key immediately.

Your secret key will only be shown once for maximum security! Make sure to store it in a safe place before clicking Done.

Send Your API Request

Section titled “Send Your API Request”

Use your generated API keys to authenticate your requests and automate viewer onboarding seamlessly through your backend systems!
