Add Menu Icons to Embeds

Open Embed Management

Go to the left sidebar under the Content section and click Embeds.

Choose an Embed & Open the Icon Picker

Locate the embed you want to customize and click the icon placeholder (or existing icon) directly to the left of the embed name.

Search and Select an Icon

1. Use the search bar to find an icon (e.g., search “person” or brand names like “Amazon”).
2. Use the style dropdown (e.g., Regular, Outline, Sharp, Solid, etc.) to pick an icon style that matches your portal theme.
3. Click on your desired icon to select it.

Save & Preview

1. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the modal to apply the icon.
2. Click Preview Portal in the bottom left sidebar to see how your new icon looks live in the portal navigation menu!
