Branding

Navigate to Branding Settings

In the left sidebar, go to the Settings section and click Branding.

Set Your Portal Name and Title Display

1. Portal Name: Enter your unique portal name (e.g., “Plug Electronics”).
2. Display Portal Title: Check or uncheck this box to control whether the portal name appears below your logo in the viewer sidebar header.

Upload Your Logo

Click Choose File under Upload Logo to add your custom logo.

Note

Logo Guidelines: Your logo will appear in the portal header at 70px height (aspect ratio preserved) and fills the space on the sign-in page.

• Supported File Types: PNG, JPEG, or SVG
• Max File Size: 2 MB

Upload Your Favicon

Click Choose File under Upload Favicon to customize the icon shown in the browser tab.

Note

Favicon Guidelines: This sets the browser tab icon for your portal.

• Supported File Types: PNG, JPEG, SVG, or ICO
• Max File Size: 512 KB

Save & Preview Changes

1. Click Save Settings to instantly apply your new branding.
2. Click Preview Portal in the bottom left sidebar to see your custom branding in action before your users do!
