Tip

Learn how to control invitation flows, set up sidebar auto-hiding, and manage embed user Sigma account types for your organization.

Open Organization Settings

Go to the left sidebar under the Settings section and click Organization.

Manage Embed User Email Invitations

Toggle Bypass email invitations on or off.

• Enabled: Embed Users are created directly without receiving email invitations and can sign in via email code or SSO.
• Disabled: Standard invitation emails will be sent out to new embed users.

Configure Navigation Sidebar Auto-Hide

1. Check Auto-hide the navigation sidebar to make the left menu hide automatically and reappear when users hover near the edge.
2. Set the Hide after (seconds) delay (from 0.1 to 10.0 seconds) to control how quickly the sidebar disappears.

Specify Sigma Account Types for Embed Users

1. Check Specify the Sigma account type to use for embed users.
2. Choose a default account type from the dropdown (e.g., View for strict view-only access).
3. Check Allow specifying different account types for individual embed users if you need the flexibility to override the default setting on a per-user basis.

Save Settings

Click Save Changes in the bottom right corner to immediately update your organization-wide settings.
